Zina ka matlab hai haram tariqay se jismanii taluqaat rakhna, yani wo taluqaat jo shariyat ke mutabiq ghair sharihi hote hain, aur nikah ke baghair hon. Ye gunah dono mard aur aurt ke liye hai. Zina ko Islam mei ek bohot bara gunaah aur badi behayai ke taur par dekha jata hai. Is se insani society mein fasaad aur bigaadh paida hota hai, aur is wajah se Quran aur Hadith mein is par bohot sakhti se pabandi lagayi gayi hai.
Zina ki Do Asli Aqsam hai (Main Types of Zina)
Zina bil-Farj (Zina by Physical Intercourse):
Ye zina ka wo qisam hai jisme mard aur aurat aapas mein jismanii taluqaat rakhte hain baghair nikah ke. Yeh asli zina hai jo bil-farj hoti hai, aur is par hadd (prescribed punishment) ka hukm lagta hai agar saboot pura ho (char gawahon ki shahadat ya gunah ka iqraar). Is zina ko Quran aur Hadith mein sabse zyada sakht gunaah qarar diya gaya hai.
Zina Ghair bil-Farj (Zina of Other Actions) ka matlab hai wo haram amal jo asarati zina (private parts ka zina) tak nahi pohnchta, lekin zina ke qareeb le jaane wale kaam hain. Ye wo harkatein hain jo zina ka raasta kholti hain aur insaan ko us taraf le jaati hain.
Aankhon ka zina: Ghair mahram ko buray iraday se dekhna ya haram videos dekhna, jisme log burai karte dikhai dete hain. Ye ek bohot bara fitna hai jo insaan ke dil aur aqal ko ghalat raa par daal deta hai.
Haathon ka zina: Ghair mahram ko choona, ya haram cheezon ko haathon se chhuna, jaise pornographic videos dekhte waqt apne jism par galat harkatein karna. Ye bhi zina ke qareeb le jaane wali harkat hai.
Zubaan ka zina: Ghair mahram se haram baatein karna, flirty baatein, ya ghalat alfaz istemal karna. Ye wo cheezein hain jo dil mein buray khayalat paida karti hain.
Pairoon ka zina: Aisi jagah par jana jahan burai ho ya zina ke qareeb le jane wali harkatein hoti hon. Jaise ke clubs, parties ya haram activities ki jagah jana.
"Aur zina ke qareeb bhi mat jao, kyunki yeh ek badi behayai hai aur bohot bura raasta hai."
(Surah Al-Isra, 17:32)
Yeh amal insaan ke dil aur rooh ko maar deta hai, aur insaan ko asal zina ki taraf le ja sakta hai. Isliye humein apni aankhon, haathon, zubaan, aur paon ki hifazat karni chahiye aur haram cheezon se bachna chahiye.
"Zina karne wali aurat aur zina karne wale mard mein se har ek ko sau (100) koode maaro. Aur tumhen un par Allah ke deen ke mamle mein reham na aaye, agar tum Allah aur aakhirat ke din par iman rakhte ho. Aur unki saza ke waqt momineen ka ek giroh hazir hona chahiye."
(Surah Al-Nur, 24:2)
Yeh hukm ghair shaadi shuda logon ke liye hai, jo zina karein. Shaadi shuda logon ke liye saza aur bhi sakht hai, jo Hadith mein bayan hui hai.
Shaadi shuda logon ke liye zina ka saboot milne par, ya agar woh khud iqraar karein, to unhein sangsaar (stoning to death) ki saza di jati hai. Yeh saza is liye hai taake muashray mein imaan, izzat aur paak daamani ka tahaffuz ho.
Ek mard Nabi-e-Kareem (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ke paas aaya aur usne iqraar kiya ke usne zina kiya hai. Is iqraar par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ne hukm diya:
"Is shakhs ko sangsaar karo."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, 6814; Sahih Muslim, 1690)
Ek mard Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ke paas masjid mein aaya aur kaha, "Aye Allah ke Rasool! Maine zina kiya hai." Nabi (ﷺ) ne apna munh doosri taraf kar liya, lekin wo mard apni baat ko chaar martaba dohraata raha. Jab usne apne khilaf chaar martaba gawahi di, to Nabi (ﷺ) ne usay bulaya aur kaha, "Kya tum paagal ho?" Usne jawab diya, "Nahi." Nabi (ﷺ) ne phir pucha, "Kya tum shaadi shuda ho?" Usne kaha, "Haan."
Phir Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya, "Isay le jao aur isay sangsaar karo." Jabir bin `Abdullah (رضی اللہ عنہ) ne kaha: "Main un logon mein tha jo isay sangsaar karne mein shamil hue. Humne usay Musalla mein sangsaar kiya. Jab pathar usay takleef dene lage, to wo bhaag gaya, lekin humne usay Al-Harra mein pakar liya aur usay sangsaar kar diya."
Ibn `Umar (رضی اللہ عنہ) ne farmaya:
Ek Yahoodi aur ek Yahoodiya Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ke paas laye gaii, un par zina ka ilzam tha. Nabi (ﷺ) ne unse poocha, "Is gunah ki saza aapke Kitab (Tawrat) mein kya hai?" Unhone jawab diya, "Hamare rahnumaon ne chehre ko kaali karne aur Tajbiya ka saza tay kiya hai."
`Abdullah bin Salam ne kaha, "Aye Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ), unhein kehna chahiye ke Tawrat laen." Tawrat lai gayi, aur phir ek Yahoodi ne apne haath se Allah ki ek nazil shuda aayat (rajm ki aayat) ko chhupa diya aur unhon ne jo aayat se pehle aur jo baad ki aayat thi, usay padha. Is par Ibn Salam ne Yahoodi se kaha, "Apna haath uthao." Jab usne apna haath uthaya, to dekha ke rajm ki nazil shuda aayat uske haath ke neeche thi.
Is par Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne hukm diya ke dono (gunaahgar) ko sangsaar kiya jaye, aur unhein sangsaar kiya gaya. Ibn `Umar (رضی اللہ عنہ) ne izafa kiya: "To dono ko Balat par sangsaar kiya gaya aur maine dekha ke Yahoodi ne Yahoodiya ko shelter diya."
Explanation: Yeh hadith yeh dikhati hai ke Nabi (ﷺ) ne Yahoodi aur Yahoodiya ke darmiyan unke apne kitab (Tawrat) ka saza maloom karne ki koshish ki.
Jab unhone apni kitab ka sachai dikhane ki koshish ki, to unhone rajm ki aayat ko chhupa diya.
Jab iski asal aayat ko zahir kiya gaya, to Nabi (ﷺ) ne unhein sangsaar karne ka hukm diya, jo ke shari'at ke mutabiq tha.
Is se yeh sabit hota hai ke zina ke liye sangsaar ki saza sirf Musalmanon ke liye nahi, balke un logon ke liye bhi hai jo shari'at ke mutabiq paigham ko samajhte hain.
Yeh hadith shari'at ke ahkam ka zikar karti hai aur yeh batati hai ke Allah ke hukum ko sab logon par amal karna zaroori hai, chahe wo kisi bhi mazhab se taluq rakhte hon.
Zina ka Kafara yani jo log zina (adultery) ka gunah karte hain unke liye Allah ki taraf se jo saza ya expiation (kaafarat) di gayi hai, woh mukhtalif ahkam par mabni hai. Islam mein zina ka gunah bohat bada hai, aur iski saza bhi sakht hai. Lekin kafara yaani is gunah se tauba karne ka rasta bhi diya gaya hai.
Tauba (Repentance):
Khud se Tauba: Pehle sab se zaroori baat yeh hai ke jo shakhs zina ka gunah kare, usay Allah se khud se sincerely tauba karni chahiye. Tauba ka matlab hai ke wo Allah se maafi maange, apne gunaah par afsos kare, aur ye irada kare ke wo dobara aisa nahi karega.
Khalis Niyat: Tauba karte waqt dil se ye irada karna chahiye ke ab se wo har haram kaam se bachega.
Nafl Ibadat:
Zina karne ke baad nafl ibadat (extra prayers) ada karna chahiye, taake Allah se maafi aur rahmat maangi ja sake.
Sadqa (Charity):
Agar kisi ne koi gunaah kiya hai, to wo sadqa dena bhi acha hota hai, jo ke unhein zyada nafrat ya khata ki taraf jhukhne se rok sakta hai.
Allah ka Quran mein farman hai:
"Jin logon ne burai ki aur phir Allah ki taraf tauba ki, unhein maaf kar diya jayega." (Quran, 25:70)
Nabi (ﷺ) ka kehna hai ke "jo shakhs Allah se tauba kare, wo aisa hai jaise usne kabhi gunaah nahi kiya." (Sunan Ibn Majah, 4250)
Zina ka kafara ek bohot hi aham aur sensitive masla hai. Iske liye sabse pehle to Allah se sincere tauba karni chahiye, phir apne amal ko behtar karne ki koshish karni chahiye, aur khud ko har haram kaam se roknay ki koshish karni chahiye.
